MultiCheck 2 Leak and Headspace Tester
By combining the headspace gas analyzer, leak detector, and valve tester into one unit, Dansensor ® MultiCheck ® 2. Help you achieve fast, consistent, and reliable quality control of the MAP packaging process.
It is equipped with specialized filters and sensors for applications such as coffee, ensuring the integrity of MAP packaging, preserving the flavor and aroma of the product, and maintaining brand reputation. In addition, you can also use an optional valve testing unit (VTU) to conduct comprehensive valve leakage and valve release tests on the degassing valve, accurately testing the integrity of the entire packaging and recording it in the comprehensive report.
Use this reliable analyzer to increase the normal operating time of the packaging line and avoid time-consuming troubleshooting exercises when inconsistencies occur. Capable of conducting four tests at once - headspace gas analysis, leak detection, valve burst, and valve release - Dansensor MultiCheck 2 is 50% faster than its predecessor. It takes up less space and has an intuitive user interface, making it more user-friendly. In addition, there are dedicated ports for testing heads and VTUs, as well as USB ports for connecting other accessories such as barcode scanners or keyboards. It also includes the option to perform burst testing to help you establish settings and limitations for packaging testing. Up to 999 product test settings can be programmed into the device to ensure consistent testing parameters.
The design of Dansensor MultiCheck 2 is easy to maintain and clean, so you can proactively maintain measurement accuracy and ensure normal operation time. Regularly use a self flushing blowback program to remove particles and pollutants from the system, and replace the easy-to-use filter on the test head.
