HORIBA's SLFA-60 oil sulfur analyzer has established a new standard for similar equipment. This instrument has introduced new software and hardware features to meet the growing changes in the petroleum industry. This instrument extends the storage of calibration curves and can output data using USB. The measurement range has been increased to 0-9.9999 wt% to cover the high sulfur crude oil and shale oil markets.

  The new software feature allows saving up to 15 individual calibration curves, with a total of three groups, each consisting of 5 individual calibration curves. The software also allows users to choose between linear or quadratic curves. As long as the coefficient values/calibration data are available, the calibration curve can be manually restored without the need for recalibration.

• In situ sample pool
  To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analysis, HORIBA provides an in-situ sample pool. By using sample packaging tools, you can easily seal samples without worrying about leaks.

• Expand detection range (0~9.9999wt%)
  The SLFA-60 can measure a wider range of sulfur content, and due to the high sulfur concentration in the crude oil and shale oil markets, its measurement range is expanded to 0-9.9999 wt%.

• Powerful print output
  Print and output important information, including sample ID, X-ray spectrum, date and time, measurement mean, standard deviation, and calibration curve graph.

  The printed output format is 80mm wide for easy processing.

  The SLFA-60 has a protective film covering the detection window to prevent contamination of the detector and X-ray tube by accidentally leaked samples. The protective film unit is easy to assemble and replace.

• Large screen display for easy observation
  The screen will display real-time data for easy inspection of measurement conditions.

• USB memory
  Measurement can be recorded in three different ways: by printing out or exporting to a USB storage device, or by exporting to an external PC through a USB interface, facilitating long-term data tracking and analysis.
